Within its walls, features showing the daily life of the white monks are beautifully preserved: monumental gatehouses, remains of the guest quarters, courtyards and walled monastery gardens.

    Between vines and rivers, at the heart of Provence Verte, Carcès with a population of 3000 welcomes you.
    Visit its château and 11th-century centre just as Louis XIV did in 1660 and admire its 18th-century buildings and its frescoes and fountains with their public wash houses.
    Don`t miss the bustling Provencal market on Saturday mornings or the night market on Thursdays.
